Expired 99 Nights in the Forest Codes

The codes above have been confirmed dead. happyhalloween and halloween were seasonal codes for the Halloween event and went with it. bugfix was an apology code released after a broken update and was only ever meant to run for a short window. yay fishing is the odd one out: it was a special code typed into the in-game chat rather than the code box, and the developer has since removed that method entirely.

Codes here expire for the usual reasons: an event ends, an apology window closes, or the studio rotates rewards with a big update. The game does not tell you which, it just says invalid.

How to Redeem 99 Nights in the Forest Codes

Launch the game on Roblox and load into your camp.
Click the Gems button in the bottom-left corner.
Open the Codes section.
Type a working code in the enter code box.
Press Submit to claim your rewards.

Where the code box is

The code box lives inside the Gems menu, not in settings. Load into your camp, look at the bottom-left corner of the screen, and click the Gems button. A window opens with the Diamond shop; look for the Codes section inside it. The text field there is the only place to enter anything, and Submit is the button beside it.

PC vs. mobile

On PC, click the field, press Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on Mac) to paste, then click Submit. On phones and tablets the Gems button is in the same corner. Tap it, tap the Codes section, tap the field, hold until Paste appears, then tap Submit. The layout is the same on every platform.

Players disagree about whether letter case matters here. Most codes are lowercase with underscores, like awardwinner_yay and forestwakesup26, while SURVIVOR is all caps, so the safest approach is to paste each one exactly as our table shows it.

Where your rewards show up

Diamonds are added to the counter in the Gems window the moment you redeem, so you can watch the number change. Flames go into your campfire cosmetics, so open the campfire menu to equip one. If nothing seems to change, close the Gems window and reopen it before assuming the code failed. You can redeem in the lobby or in a run, but the lobby is quieter.

Redeem before you spend Diamonds

Order matters a little here. Classes cost a fixed number of Diamonds, and the four active codes together are worth at least 45, so redeem the whole list before you open the class shop. That way you can see your real balance and decide whether you are one code away from The Chef or The Support instead of buying a cheaper class you did not want and then discovering you had enough for the one you did.

The same goes for talent rerolls once you unlock them. A reroll is cheap but the cost adds up over a long run, and the Diamonds from a single code can cover several attempts at a better talent for your class.

They buy the classes that change how you play, from The Chef and The Gambler to The Big Game Hunter and The Support, and they pay for talent rerolls once the talent system opens up. Three of the four active codes give 15 Diamonds each, which adds up to a real chunk of a class purchase without spending Robux.

Flames are the cosmetic reward. A Flame changes the colour and effect of your campfire, and awardwinner_yay hands out three specific ones: Frog, Thanksgiving, and Fairy. forestwakesup26 gives three at random. They do nothing for survival, but several are event-exclusive and cannot be bought any more.

If you are choosing between classes, the Diamonds are best spent on whichever one fixes your group's weakness. The Chef makes food go further on long runs, The Big Game Hunter is the pick if your camp keeps losing to wolves and bears at night, and The Support is worth it once you regularly play with friends and need a reliable healer. The Gambler is for players who already know the loop and want variety.

SURVIVOR is listed with unspecified free rewards because the developer did not publish exactly what it contains and reports vary. Redeem it and check your Diamond counter and campfire cosmetics afterwards.

Nothing here gives Robux, and no code makes the forest any safer. The value is in reaching your preferred class a few nights earlier.

Troubleshooting 99 Nights in the Forest Codes

"Invalid code"

The game shows the same message for a typo and for an expired code, so check both. Copy from the table rather than typing, keep the underscores, and scan the expired list above. If it is there, retrying will not help.

"Already redeemed"

Every code works once per Roblox account. If you redeemed it on your phone last month, it will not work again on PC, because the reward is tied to the account, not the device. Move on to the next one.

Typing yay fishing in chat does nothing

That chat method has been removed and the code is expired. Only the Codes section inside the Gems window accepts codes now, and yay fishing does not work there either.

Cannot find the Codes section

Open the Gems button in the bottom-left corner first. The Codes section is inside that window, not in the pause menu or settings. On mobile the window may need a scroll to reach it.

Listed as active but still not working

It may have expired since our last check, or your server may be running an older version after an update. Leave and rejoin so you land in a fresh server, then try again. If it still fails and the Last checked date is not today, it has probably just died and we will catch it on the next pass.
