Reporting a new or expired code

Please include the game name, the exact code with its capitalisation and spacing, what it gave you, and where you found it, for example the official Discord, the developer's X account, or an in-game announcement. For an expired code, tell us which game page you saw it on and what error the game showed. Every report is re-tested on a fresh server before we change a page, so a screenshot of the reward or the error message speeds things up.

Suggesting a game

We add games that have an active player base and a developer who releases codes on a regular basis. Send the game's Roblox link and, if you know it, where the developer usually posts codes. We cannot promise to add every suggestion, but every one is looked at.

Corrections

If a redeem guide is out of date because a developer moved the code box, or a reward in our table is wrong, let us know which page and what changed. These fixes usually go live the same day.

What we cannot help with

LootCode is an independent fan project and has no connection to Roblox Corporation or to the studios that make the games we cover. We cannot help with Roblox account problems, bans, lost items, Robux, or purchases, and we cannot contact a developer on your behalf. For those questions, use Roblox Support or the game's official Discord server.

Privacy and legal requests

Questions about how this site handles data, requests to remove content, and other legal notices can be sent to the same address with a clear subject line. Our privacy policy explains what information the site collects.

Response time

We read every message. Code reports are usually acted on within one day, since we test the full list daily anyway. Other questions may take a few days. We do not send newsletters or marketing email, and we only use your address to reply to you.
